Educational Concept & Pathway

The Educational Concept of Ghanaati-Education (GE) is based on a structured regenerative framework that integrates scientific understanding, advanced diagnostics and protocol-based surgical workflows. The program is designed to translate contemporary insights in wound healing, bone regeneration, and implant surgery into reproducible clinical practice through progressive education and structured clinical implementation.

The Four Core Pillars of the GE-Framework 

The conceptual framework is implemented through a comprehensive system that integrates structured education, clinical implementation, scientific documentation, and clinical certification.

1. Regenerative Surgical Education

Structured three-level curriculum from foundational concepts to advanced surgical skills.

2. Standardized Clinical Implementation

Application of the ARENA-Protocol® and Guided Open Wound Healing (GOWH®) in clinical practice.

3. Clinical Documentation and Scientific Investigation

Standardized documentation including visualization, systemic assessment, and pathological and micro-biological analysis to investigate Covered Socket Residuum (CSR).


4. Clinical Certification and International Network

Validation of clinical implementation and integration into the Ghanaati-Education ARENA-Protocol® Certified Center network.

Level 1

International Curriculum in
Regenerative & Health Focused Implant Dentistry 
= Foundational Skills

Enrollment in Level 1 marks the entry point into the Educational Pathway, providing clinicians with the diagnostic and conceptual foundations of regenerative implant surgery. 

Duration: 6 months
Level 2

International Curriculum in Regenerative & Health Focused Implant Dentistry 
= Advanced Skills 

This level builds upon the foundation established in Level 1 and prepares participants for advanced surgical application.

Duration: 12 months
Level 3

International Curriculum in Regenerative & Health Focused Implant Dentistry
= Expert Skills (Clinical Integration)

Enrollment in Level 3 initiates the clinical documentation phase required for participation in the ARENA-Protocol® Clinical Certification Program, positioning participating practices to achieve CSR-certified center status.

We provide an innovative 3D animation-based tool for step-by-step learning of medical and surgical procedures, which helps oral medicine experts of all levels to understand the procedure itself, to be able to follow the step-by-step instruction and to use it as guidance tool whenever necessary.

VISUALIZATION-SERVICE

We offer a professional visualization-service ("Visiogenics") to look at potential CSR or TRBL in the jaw area. These visualizations provide an informative and detailed perspective on the bony structures for detection of CSR and method validation in combination with a consultation by Professor Ghanaati.

To make learning seamlessly fit into everyday life, our modules are recorded and later made available to students. This ensures that no material is ever missed and to navigate everyday challenges with confidence.
