Clinical Certification Program 

Setting the benchmark for CSR prevention, documentation &
regenerative surgical research

A cornerstone of Ghanaati-Education is the establishment of ARENA-Protocol® Certified Centers. The Certification Program establishes an international network of clinicians and institutions applying structured regenerative concepts based on the ARENA-Protocol® and Guided Open Wound Healing (GOWH®).


Certified Centers contribute to the continuous improvement of regenerative dentistry and oral surgery while maintaining the highest standards of clinical quality and research. At the same time, this program accelerates research in this vital field—one of our founder’s greatest passions.

More Than a Certificate

Our Certification is not achieved through course participation alone. The ARENA-Protocol® Certification Program is designed as an ongoing clinical integration process that requires continuous participation, structured implementation, and annual renewal to ensure consistent quality and ongoing development. 

Certification Process

Step 1

Completion of Int. Curriculum Level 1-3

Foundational Skills    Advanced Skills    Expert Skills
Step 2

Start Mentored Clinical Implementation & Documentation within Level 3

During Level 3 of the International Curriculum, participating institutions begin to learn the structured clinical documentation required for certification.

Step 3

Completion of Certification Requirements 

Once the required number of documented cases has been completed and reviewed according to the standards of the Clinical Certification Program, the institution becomes eligible for designation as a ARENA-Protocol® Certified Center.

 ARENA-Protocol® Certified Center

Certification confirms that the institution consistently applies the regenerative treatment protocols, documentation standards, and clinical evaluation framework of Ghanaati-Education.

 Certification is valid for one year and requires continued participation in documentation and mentoring processes.

What Certified Centers Implement

Standardized Clinical Framework

Certified Centers work within a structured regenerative framework including:

  • Pre-and-post-treatment Visiogenics 

  • Integration of Ghanaati-Education´s nutrition and hydration concept before and after surgery

  • Pre-and-post-treatment use of Ghanaati-Education´s medical questionnaire

  • Pathological and microbiological analysis of each operated CSR

  • Implementation of Immune-Inflammatory-Index (III) for metabolical monitoring


             Clinical Documentation Requirements

Participating institutions document the following number of cases according to the Ghanaati-Education standards:

  • 50 CSR Surgeries with pre/post CBCT-based Visiogenics within upper and lower jaw based on ARENA-Protocol® and GOWH® 

  • 50 Socket or ridge preservations after tooth extraction based on ARENA-Protocol® and GOWH®

  • 50 Immediate implantations based on ARENA-Protocol® and GOWH®

  • 50 Delayed implantations based on ARENA-Protocol® and GOWH®
