Before Treatment 

Preparing the conditions for healing

Before any procedure, your individual situation is carefully assessed. This includes not only the local findings in the jaw, but also general factors that may influence healing. This involves a detailed medical questionnaire, advanced diagnostics with Visiogenics, the evaluation of bone structure and healing conditions and consideration of nutrition, hydration, and overall health.

During Treatment

Creating a healthy environment for regeneration

During the procedure, the focus is not only treating the affected area, but also supporting the biological processes involved in healing. Guided Open Wound healing (GOWH®) is an important concept in this phase. Instead of closing the wound immediately, this approach allows the body to heal in a more natural and controlled way. This approach reflects a shift from simply closing a wound to actively guiding the healing process.

After Treatment

Supporting and monitoring healing over time

Healing continues beyond the procedure. Within the ARENA concept, follow-up care plays an important role in observing and supporting the healing process. This includes monitoring healing over time, reassessing symptoms and changes and supporting the body through individualized recommendations.

Supportive Product Solutions within a Health-Focused Concept

The formulations presented here were co-developed with Professor Ghanaati and are designed to complement health-focused dental care concepts. Their purpose is to support conditions that are relevant during healing phases - particularly those related to microbial balance, nutrient availability, and bone and tissue metabolism.


These products are not stand-alone solutions. They are integrated into structured care concepts such as the ARENA-Protocol®, where local treatment, systemic factors, and biological healing mechanisms are viewed together. Not every patient requires the same supportive measures. The products presented here may be considered depending on the type of procedure, healing progress, and overall treatment goals. In individual cases, additional measures may also be necessary.
