    Objective

This 4-TU course equips participants with the clinical skills and theoretical knowledge to manage cavitation in extraction sockets of permanent teeth in the upper jaw. Attendees will learn to perform socket treatment and cavitation osteotomy, apply ridge preservation techniques using sticky bone, and execute Guided Open Wound Healing (GOWH) protocols for both implantation and crestal sinus lift procedures. Additionally, the course covers complication management and prosthodontic planning, with a focus on understanding biomechanical load distribution in single versus connected implant restorations in the upper jaw.
