This course outlines three consecutive surgical steps. First, it addresses post-extraction bone collapse in area 30. This is followed by the surgical cleaning of a covered socket residuum (CSR) in area 32. Finally, it describes the CSR surgery itself, including retraction, incision, and flap elevation in areas 17 and 32.
